"I created Frameworks 4 Change in 2003 because I felt frustrated at the 'implementation gap' in the lives of people with learning disabilities.The policy agenda has never looked better and yet many of the real lives I witness are characterised by low expectations and separation. The team at Frameworks have an amazing time working on how to make a lasting impact - we have reflected on the difference our work has made and have realised that we must work in a universal way - hence our vision to CREATE TOGETHERNESS. This is not just important to people with learning disabilites, the value of Togetherness unites us all. It has been a fantastic journey to get here and I am very excited about sharing this message in the years ahead.

My Mum taught me about non-judgement, my Dad taught me about hard work and my Nan taught me about kindness. My soul mate and partner, Kirsty, and my fantastic children, Jack and Rosie, keep my feet on the ground and remind me every day about the importance of Togetherness and the potential richness in every moment."

In additon to my role directing Frameworks, i am also developing a project inviting people to value their lives and consider what is most important to them. I am getting a lovely repsonse to the project which is called:- "Enjoy My Treasured View" and brings together beautiful bench plaques, poetry and words.
