Angela Lane - Expert by experience (Family / Carer)

"I was working with the Person Centred Apporaches Partnership group as a parent / carer member when Frameworks 4 Change was invited to be a consultant to the group.
Originally a dancer / choreographer, I became a carer when my daughter, Cherry, was found to have Rett Syndrome. Twenty one years later, with a wealth of experience and my passion for improving the lives of learning disabled people and their carers undimmed, I found an ally and supportive partner in Frameworks."
Angela brings her unquenchable creativity and experiential expertise to the mix and through her 'Find Your Voice' total communication work and her involvement in parent / carer networks, she hopes to improve the expression of these lives, freeing them from the learning disability ghetto to which they are so often condemned.
