Helen has spent 19 years working with people with learning and physical disabilities, most recently managing a home that was recognised as excellent by CSCI. Underpinning all of Helen's work with individuals, teams and in advocacy is that the real test of a service is the quality of the lives of the people being supported. The recognition that this challenge requires exceptional practitioners has driven Helen to seek creative learning opportunities in an eclectic range of discipline's such as the arts, therapies and outdoor activities. Helen has a dynamic 'can do' attitude that has served her well in her diverse and extensive travels and has inspired her work with organisations.

Now, as a trained coach she is excited to be working in partnership with Frameworks 4 Change - an organisation that is commited to supporting positive and enduring change in the lives of the people it connects with. Helen is passionate about the skills of coaching and their power to unlock the potential in everyone, she feels it is key to gain the clarity and focus that is essential to bridge the gap between talk and action.
