In 2007 My Life Plan won a global award for Best IT Application in human services (Husita)!

My Life Plan is an interactive CD rom which enables people to consider their past, present and future plans in relation to 19 different areas of their life. It was developed in partnership with the award winning Social Learning Software developer, Information Plus. My Life Plan is used by people to record what is important to them and the way in which they, and their life, change over time.

My Life Plan is not intended to substitute the excellent person centred plans that have been developed for some people, but is a way of continually listening and learning and developing a 'living history' over time. My Life Plan works by running the CD rom and saving the information about the user after each session on the hard drive or a portable memory storage device like a memory stick. This means that one My Life Plan can be used by multiple users and has infinite capacity to record the detail of what is important in people's lives!
