"I live with my wife and young son in Essex and can often be found tending vegetables on our allotment or cross country running in the fields nearby. I am passionate about everyone's right to be heard and have spent the last 15 years working with people who are living with dementia. I set up innovative person centred projects for Alzheimer's Concern in Ealing, and I led the Mental Capacity Advocacy Project for Age Concern England. I am currently leading the Dementia Choices project for the Mental Health Foundation. I am extremely pleased to have been appointed a 2010 Clore Social Fellow on the first Social Leadership Programme, which aims to identify, develop and connect aspiring leaders in the third sector. I am fascinated by the human encounter, relationships and people's stories. I am very pleased and proud to be part of the team at Frameworks 4 Change which has simplicity and empowerment at its core. My role at Frameworks involves delivering courses as well as developing resources and materials to support the vision of Creating Togetherness."
