Togetherness Teachers raring to go!

In December we had a fabulous three days with a group of workers from a wide range of services who have made the commitment to 'be the change' by committing to model togetherness in their work and thier lives and to take every opportunity to share their thinking with their co-workers and the people they support. We learnt about the togetherness building blocks, we tried out some coaching tools, listened to people who recieve paid support, thought about the power of life stories and learnt how to create a brilliant thinking environment. Among other things commitments were made to start a togetherness music festival, host a togetherness Indian themed evening, join a togetherness walk and change the way meetings happen to enable all to have a voice.

We are now planning the togetherness teachers opportunities for the year ahead and will be staying closely connected to and supporting the first group.
