"Hi, I'm Zoe. I live with my mum and my dogs, Chuchi and Pip. My carers help me in my everyday living day and night. I have an advocate whose name is Jonathan. I have lots of interests - I like nature, films and music. I love to visit the donkeys I have adopted; Choccy and Louie and the chimps; Zoe and Paddy. I also like to go on big trips. I have enjoyed it (working with Andy at Frameworks 4 Change). I have learnt a lot. Family, friends and carers have learnt more about me. I have Cerebral Palsy and it has helped me to communicate with other people. It has helped me to make my own choices - I have enjoyed helping by doing the video and going to the events in London - it has made me more confident."
